AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR II
Job Summary: Ensures compliance with the Federal Regulation requirements of 14CFR Part 139 and 49CFR Part 1542. Performs daily inspections to ensure facilities and airfield is within applicable standards. Complies with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations that are required to operate a commercial airport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts daily inspections of airfield and airport facilities; ensures compliance with Federal, State, County, and General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) policies and procedures Issues appropriate notices to airman (NOTAMS) when hazards exist Coordinates snow removal efforts Coordinates construction and maintenance projects on airfield Responds to incidents, accidents of various sizes Prepares clear, concise yet comprehensive reports Coordinates matters of security and safety necessary for special operations and/or events, and anticipates effects of large crowds Meets with airport users and/or tenants to resolve operational problems Trains and tests employees on “movement area” operating procedures

AVIATION ACCOUNTING MANAGER
The Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the North Perry Airport is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Accounting Manager. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Analyze and interpret trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas and identify causes of variances against budget. Provide financial and business related analysis, financial presentations, industry/peer group comparisons, research and studies. Update and maintain the rate setting model for the calculation of the annual rates and charges. Lead the compilation of budgets and long term strategic plans. Prepare short and long-term revenue, expense and cash forecasts. Cooperate with other divisions in preparing analyses for decision making purposes driving efficiency and cost savings. Assist in the development of key performance reporting using ERP, dashboards and/or business intelligence tools Establish best practices throughout the Aviation Department and collaboratively develop operating policies and procedures and improvement programs.

MARKETING MANAGER
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the firm’s corporate marketing activities to support the business development activities of the company. Working alongside company management and technical program areas, the Marketing Manager will identify marketing needs to achieve the company’s objectives and implement the approved activities. Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement firm-wide systems, procedures, and resources to support the company’s marketing and business development activities. Develop and implement marketing plan to support the company’s technical objectives and strategic vision. Oversee the development and update of marketing materials, including brochures, qualification packets, project summaries, and resumes. Plan and implement conference activities, develop booth materials, and provide marketing and promotional pieces as needed. Develop relationships with the trade press, prepare press releases, promote corporate and employee awards and honors. Support business development activities, assist with proposal and presentation development. Supervise the Marketing Team employees.

AIRPORT PLANNING & PROGRAM SECTION DIRECTOR
Oversees planning and programming functions for state and federal airport improvement programs and projects from initial planning phase through consultant selection and close-out; implements the Texas Airport System Plan and oversees the Aviation Facilities Development Program. Reports to the Director, Aviation Division. Supervises a small group of technical and professional personnel. Work requires extensive contact with governmental agencies at federal, state and local levels, elected officials, aviation interest groups, contractors and private entities. Employees at this level are virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for the work product.

VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Rhode Island Airport Corporation (“RIAC”, “the organization”) was created by the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation now known as the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation (Commerce RI), on December 9, 1992. RIAC was created as a public corporation, governmental agency, and public instrumentality, having a distinct legal existence from the State of Rhode Island and Commerce RI, yet having many of the same powers and purposes as Commerce RI. The powers of the corporation are vested in its seven-member board of directors, all of whom are appointed by the Governor. RIAC is a component unit of the State. RIAC is empowered, pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation and Rhode Island law, to undertake the planning, development, management, acquisition, ownership, operation, repair, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, renovation, improvement, maintenance, development, sale, lease, or other disposition of any airport facility within the State.
