AOC COORDINATOR (PT)
Monitor and coordinate day to day operation of the Authority-managed common use facilities (gates, hardstands, bag claims, ticket counters). Recognize and evaluate unusual situations; anticipate potential operational conflicts and resolve/request assistance to resolve such conflicts in a timely manner. Schedule common-use facilities, input flight information on various airport display media, receive and relay information essential to airport operations, including inclement weather warnings. Perform other related duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR
Starting Salary $81,454 - $120,000 Dependent on Experience Salary Range: $81,454 - $130,326 Annually The Accounting Director is responsible for managing and directing the activities of the Accounting department. This includes overseeing all accounting functions and processes including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, parking, assets, grants, financial reporting, tax reporting, budgets, procurement, audits and treasury services. A Director is involved in making process level decisions on behalf of the organization to provide context for the work accomplished by subordinates on behalf of the organization. The Accounting Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State and local laws, regulations, codes and standards. Qualifications: Any combination of training, education or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and significant (7 or more years) of progressively responsible professional/managerial experience in Accounting, Finance or closely related field. AVIATION PROGRAM MANAGER/AVIATION EDUCATION GRANT COORDINATOR
TYPICAL FUNCTIONS: Working directly with airport sponsors, FAA, and Commission staff, the selected person will solicit, collect, update, and distribute airport planning and programming information including, but not limited to: •Conduct Airport Pavement Inspections •NPIAS needs lists, Airport 5 year CIP’s, and project development information •Conduct 5010-1 Master Record updates and Safety and Standards inspection for public use airports in Oklahoma •Administer the Commission’s Aerospace and Aviation Education Grant Program •Assist in the development of the Commission’s Airport Construction Program •Conduct a regular review of the functional classification, based aircraft, and IFR traffic for airports in the Oklahoma Airport System Plan •Coordinate and update Environmental inventory for NPIAS airports •Assist airport sponsors with the development of their primary guiding documents •Any other task the Director of the Aeronautics Commission requests

PLANNER
The Planner shall perform various short and long-term planning activities and initiatives to support the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) and the Department, Strategic Planning. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with all levels of planning for MNAA airports, including development of the BNA and JWN Master Plans, Airport Layout Plans and other comprehensive airport plans. Maintains a firm understanding of all aspects of airport operations (airside and landside) to be able to appropriately and safely plan for airport improvements & alterations. Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and planning guidelines. Conducts preliminary engineering and planning studies for new initiatives and opportunities that MNAA or its’ stakeholders may wish to pursue. Reviews planning and engineering documents for functionality and accuracy. Performs analysis on proposed improvements to identify issues, opportunities and/or solutions pertaining to planned development. Prepare CADD layout concepts plans and drawings.
