AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT (ASD) CONSULTING PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities: Participate in the business development process. Including development of statements of qualifications, client visits, interview participation, scope and fee development and contract preparation. Analysis of aviation and economic data from the U.S. DOT and other related sources. Conduct quantitative analysis of air service market conditions, analyses of passenger and/or cargo volumes, traffic flows, yield analyses, demographic profiles, route forecasts (including projected growth in markets) historical data, & analysis of airports using a variety of tools & industry data sources. Prepare monthly or quarterly air service data statistical reports for clients. Develop analytical exhibits & formulate exhibits/presentations related to assigned projects to meet the needs of the specific audience. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Act as a direct representative of airside, terminal and landside management to support the County's Airport Operations functions. Ensures compliance with federal regulations pertaining to airports. Manages the airports FAA Part 139 and TSA training programs; facilitates FAA/TSA required training. Implements and ensures compliance with federal regulations pertaining to airport operations, safety, certification, wildlife hazard management, and security under FAA Part 139 and TSA 1542. Oversees/updates ACM, ASP, and airport policies/procedures. Responds to airfield incidents and recommends closures and reopening of airfield as necessitated by weather/emergency conditions. Coordinates investigations/responses to security violations/breaches in accordance with ASP. Evaluates and implements airside, terminal, and landside closures and/or restrictions; communicates with airlines and tenants to mitigate operational impacts of maintenance repair work or construction. Conducts airfield and airport facility inspections to ensure compliance; monitors and evaluates runway conditions during snow and ice conditions; issues condition advisories via NOTAM Manager and/or verbal communications.

LINE TECHNICIAN III
We’re looking for an experienced Line Technician to provide servicing of various types of general aviation aircraft with a high priority for safety and strong customer service in a fast paced environment. Some of the duties include: Refueling aircraft and assisting with training new employees ensuring aircraft are properly refueled. Respond to all airport emergencies and initiate Naples Airport emergency response plan and programs. Marshal, park, greet, tow, wing-walk, and provide various services including lavatory and water services to general aviation aircraft. Ensure all equipment is in safe and proper working order performing routine daily and monthly equipment safety inspections. REQUIREMENTS - A minimum of three years of line technician experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory capacity - Strong customer service skills - Ability to operate fuel truck, lektro and other types of vehicles and equipment - Pass criminal history check.
