AVP AIRPORT & EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
Under general direction of the Vice-President of Public Safety, performs administrative and technical work in the direction of public safety services in an aviation environment. Formulates policies, standards and procedures for assigned areas and coordinates the provision of other services. Exercises direct supervision and supervises through staff. Work is reviewed by reports and conferences. This is a non-commissioned position; however, at the discretion of the Vice-President of Public Safety, it may be filled by a previously commissioned or fire certified individual.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR LEVEL III CONRAC
CVG is seeking a qualified and experienced construction inspector for the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC) Construction Project. The primary project elements include the construction of new roadways, quick turn around facility, including multilevel fueling system, ready return parking garage, ground transportation center, and customer service building. The construction estimate is +/-$180 million dollars. CVG has hired Messer Construction as the Construction Manager at risk firm for this project. Construction is scheduled to start the 1st quarter 2018 with facility commissioning and opening estimated 2nd quarter 2021. CVG has contracted with PGAL for design and construction administration/inspection services. This position will act as the owner’s representative ensuring that all aspects of construction are completed in accordance with plans and specifications. The position is a long term assignment – full time position The term of the position is expected to terminate upon completion of the project

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements including but limited including: Perform airfield inspections and maintain records of all aeronautical areas including pavement, markings, lighting, safety areas, wildlife mitigation, construction, emergency equipment, and fueling practices. Responsible for snow removal operation and aircraft rescue and fire fighting on assigned shifts. Maintain and record aircraft activities during the assigned shift. Represent the Airport Manager in routine operational matters. Coordinate construction and maintenance activities on or near the facility to ensure airport safety standards and maintain operational status. Maintain airport security standards of FAR Part 1542 and the Airport Security Plan. Assist the Airport Operations Manager in training and development of the operations staff. Responsible for individual assigned duties and special projects. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Airport Terminal Building Complex. Assist in professionally answering the noise complaint phone, involving citizen complaints and compiling data.
