BUILDING MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR
San José International Airport is currently recruiting for a Building Management Administrator. This a job opportunity for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in facilities management within a campus environment, who enjoys and excels at leading, communicating and interacting with diverse staff while providing sophisticated building management administration skills. This position is located in the Facilities and Engineering Division of the Airport Department for the City of San Jose that is responsible for 24x7 coverage to meet the business needs of our business partners. Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the position is responsible for performing work of considerable difficulty including planning, organizing, and directing the Airport's comprehensive building, airfield, and grounds management programs. This position is key in providing oversight on the day-to-day operations, management of Computerized Maintenance Management System, and management of resources. This position supervises a facility managers, trade professionals, and maintenance staff.

OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
Responsible for performing tasks related to the daily operations of the Memphis International Airport and for FAR 139 compliance on an assigned shift. Responsible for coordination of security and maintenance matters after normal work hours, weekends and holidays. Serves as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management. Works cooperatively with the Manager of Operations in the preparation and maintenance of the Airport Certification Manual, Emergency Plan, Terminal Evacuation Plan, and other Part 139 required documents. Requires bachelor's degree/equivalent in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field, 3 years experience in an airport environment at a major airport. Knowledge of emergency planning, airport operations, airport security, and FAR parts 139, 1540, 1542 and 77.
