AIRPORT SUPERINTENDENT OF OPERATIONS
Manages and directs all airport maintenance and operations functions at Southwest Georgia Regional Airport. Ensure the safety of arriving and departing public and all aircraft using the facilities. Monitor and coordinate all operational activity occurring on the Airside Operations Area ensuring compliance with FAA Part 139, TSA 1542 and Airport regulations and policies. All work is performed under general direction of the Transportation Director. This is a full time position. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or closely related field and 3 years supervisory experience in airport operations, maintenance and safety to ensure FAA Part 139, TSA 1542 and Airport regulations and policies. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SHIFT COORDINATOR
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Aviation, this position assists in the daily operation of the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. Duties include ensuring that the Department of Aviation and its' tenants are in compliance with federal, state, local and/or county regulations for the safe and orderly operation of the airport. Position is subject to twenty-four (24) hour work availability, including shift work, weekends, holidays, emergency calls, inclement weather, and special events. This position is considered weather essential personnel. -Performs daily inspections of airside, landside, and terminal building at the airport to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. -Tests, evaluates, and reports runway conditions to Air Traffic Control during inclement weather. -Have a good understanding of the needs and concerns of the various airport users, including aircraft operators, concessionaires, FBO, and the general public.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is the 9th busiest commercial service airport in Florida and served over 2.2 million passengers in 2019. Contributing over $1 billion in runway dependent economic impact to the community with Commercial, General/Corporate Aviation, and Military operations based at PIE. Currently, the airport flies to 57 non-stop destinations in the US and Canada. This is supervisory work coordinating the administration, operation and compliance of airside, terminal and landside activities to include the general oversight of public safety and security, airfield and terminal operations at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Duties include assigning and directing the work activities of subordinate staff; assisting with FAA certification inspection and compliance and responding to airfield emergencies and incidents. St.Pete-Clearwater International Airport operates 24-hours per day, seven days a week; therefore, work involves rotating shifts, weekend work and holiday assignments. Incumbent must be available for 24-hour emergency response as required.
