AIRPORT MANAGER OF OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE
This position is the primary operational point-of-contact for the King County International Airport's (BFI) manufacturing, corporate, and general aviation tenants, as well as commercial operators. The successful candidate will lead the Airport's FAA Part 139 program, participate in major airfield construction and tenant improvement projects, as well as various safety and security initiatives. A key element of the duties of this position is examining current programs to improve efficiencies and effectiveness through the use of technology. This manager in this position is expected to be a customer-focused, relationship builder. This position is a working manager and will be expected to serve fulfill the role of a duty manager in being a designated as the point of contact for information regarding safety, security, compliance, construction and interaction with airlines, passengers, tenants, and the public.

DIRECTOR OF MOBILE REGIONAL AIRPORT
Summary: Responsible for directing the Mobile Regional Airport terminal building operations, maintenance, customer service, passenger experience, concessionaries, and tenant relations. Work involves responsibility for the efficient and economical management, daily operations and maintenance of the property/facility and coordination of airport activities with federal and state agencies. Prepares reports, correspondence and grant requests. Responds to inquiries from media, public and others as needed. Assures that contractual obligations are met with tenants, concessionaries, and vendors according to the terms and conditions of executed agreements. Assures that construction projects within the footprint of the terminal building and adjacent areas are completed within budget, in a timely and quality manner. Develops quality and productivity improvement capabilities to improve services and effectiveness. Coordinates work activities, programs and projects that are under the auspices of the FAA, TSA and other agencies. Perform related work as required and assigned by the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director.
