FACILITIES MANAGER
The position of Facilities Manager requires a highly skilled individual with the ability to plan and coordinate the physical operations of the Airport Authority owned buildings; including the electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and heating systems. This position is subject to 24-hour call. The Facilities Manager duties include Supervising staff. Ensure that all buildings and grounds are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Monitor and approve maintenance and installation work, including the work performed by outside contractors, and may recommend modifications. Determine orders for replacement parts, supplies and stock for maintenance of the airports, provides input for budget preparation, coordinates with CEO concerning Facilities Staff, maintenance projects and any other airport related maintenance, is responsible for time cards for the Facilities Staff, performs maintenance checks on airport buildings on a routine basis to ensure that preventative maintenance is being performed, and performs other related work as required.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION - MIT
The Minter Field Airport District is seeking a Deputy Director, Finance & Administration for Minter Field (MIT). This position is responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating and administering the activities of the Airport District. The Deputy Director directs all accounting, fiscal management, personnel and administrative functions of the Airport District.The successful candidate will have five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in airport administration with a thorough working knowledge of regulations, laws, and requirements that correlate to administering the financial functions as well as FAA regulations and grant programs and project management of an airport. An undergraduate degree in Aviation Administration, Airport Management, Finance or Business Administration, Public Administration or closely related field; or equivalent experience in a related field that provides the appropriate level of knowledge and exposure necessary.Posting closes February 22, 2019.

AIRPORT MAINTENANCE WORKER
The City of Manassas is looking for a qualified individual to perform skilled work in the maintenance and repair of airport buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds; ensuring the safety of airport personnel, contract workers and the general public. Maintains a variety of airfield equipment: Inspects, troubleshoots and repairs airfield lighting; maintains diesel generator at air traffic control tower including changing oil and maintaining proper battery charge; inspects, maintains and repairs gates at airport including electric and manual gate openers; and repairs replaces chains, casters, rollers, and tires. Performs HVAC maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential units. Performs building maintenance: Conducts electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, painting, and locksmithing. Maintains airport grounds: Mows airport owned properties, runways, and taxiways; plants, trims, edges and weeds beds; trims trees in aircraft approach lanes and roadways; and performs pesticide and herbicide control on airport owned buildings and properties.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Under the supervision of the Assistant Executive Director, directs all aspects of airport operations to ensure the safe, secure, efficient, and orderly operation of the Des Moines International Airport. Directs airport authority assigned staff to ensure compliance with federal regulations to include 14 CFR Part 139, and; directs all security related activities to ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 1542, as these regulations apply to the Des Moines International Airport.
