AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
This position works under and reports to the Assistant Airport Manager follows established guidelines and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the airport and the surrounding airport facilities. Update and maintain all required pertinent records on the computer based Airport Operations Daily Log. Responsible for maintaining the airport safety and security under FAR Part 139 and reporting any discrepancies to the Airport Operations Supervisor. Qualify as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF) and drive and operate specialized ARFF vehicles for response to all aircraft alerts and emergencies. Ability to drive and operate all major airport operations vehicles and snow removal equipment during Winter Snow Operations. Perform tasks at the Snow Command Desk, file Notices to Airmen (NOTAM’s), Airfield Self Inspections, and update airfield conditions reports on computer based programs. •Upon qualifying in USDA Wildlife Hazardous Management Training Program, perform wildlife mitigation services on airport operating areas.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR I
Under the direction of the Airport Security and Operations Center Manager, the Operations Coordinator I provides centralized security and communications oversight for the airport while working in the 24/7/365 Airport Operations Center. The primary duties of this position include monitoring surveillance cameras, access points, alarms, energy management systems, weather-related equipment, phones, and radios. AOCs assist with terminal, TSA & FAA inspections, tests and audits as well as assisting airport management on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Airport Operations Supervisor will perform processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency specific to airfield, landside and terminal operations including activities ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) including 14 CFR Parts 77 and 139 and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) 1542 and the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Certification Manual (ACM). Assist maintaining the Airport Certification Manual (ACM), Airport Emergency Plan (AEP) and Airport Security Manual (ASP). Considerable knowledge of operations at FAR part 139 airport. Performs daily/nightly airfield inspections, ensuring compliance with (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) part 139; document discrepancies and perform follow up to assure all discrepancies are corrected. Performs or schedules repair/maintenance work in accordance with available personnel, inventory, and budgets.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
At the Direction of the Airport Facilities & Operations Supervisor, acts as airport management’s representative in the enforcement of airport regulations, resolving problems/queries with established operating procedures and security protocols. Operations Coordinator conducts airfield inspections, identifying and reporting all deficiencies and/or irregularities found on the AOA, associated lighting and NAVAID systems. Responsible for identifying, preventing and/or removing all hazards to aviation including FOD, wildlife, AOA incursions, unauthorized vehicle and pedestrian entry, and disabled aircraft. AIRPORT FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
At the direction of the Director, Facilities and Operations, provide oversight for all daily activities of the Operations and Facilities Department. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely, cost effective and safe manner. Oversee that company policies and procedures as well as Airport Rules and Regulations/Minimum Standards are adhered to. Take the lead during irregular operations in a safe and efficient manner while working towards resuming normal operations. Duties include a variety of managerial and technical tasks, including administrative duties such as technical writing, monitoring operating budgets, inventory and billing and managing performance metrics including key performance indicators, developing and implementing formal procedures, collaborating with outside agencies, facilities and services duties such as construction and project management, responding to customer concerns, emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance. Responsible for staff development by communicating expectations, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, when necessary. Position will require on-call rotating weekends.
