DUTY OFFICER
Supervises the activities of line and customer service personnel in order to maintain the effective operation of the airport by monitoring all activities of staff as a mobile supervisor, roving between work areas through each shift. Acts as a direct representative of airport management in their absence. Responsible for airfield safety/security, to include implementation/activation of the airport emergency response procedures and airport security plan in accordance with NAA’s procedures. Ensures that the airport/FBO is operated in accordance with FAR Part 139. Must have working knowledge of airport/airline operational procedures including; ground handling procedures, security regulations, customer service issues and emergency response. Must have supervisory experience and expert knowledge of aircraft re-fueling, fuel quality, fuel testing, and aircraft towing, etc. Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. MANAGING DIRECTOR, REGIONAL PORTFOLIO AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
As part of the Corporate Real Estate, Planning and Development team, the Managing Director – Regional Portfolio and Program Management will oversee a total team of between 20 and 40 individuals through 5 direct reports. They will be responsible for managing the resources (staff, budget, tools) of the development and execution of large portfolio ($1-4B) of projects and large programs ($1-3B) from strategic planning through envision, design, build and activate of airport facility modification projects to make certain they are completed on time, on budget, in compliance with operational needs, corporate guidelines, jurisdictional codes, airport lease requirements, and other agreements, obligations and regulations to which United is bound. This person will collaborate with the Executive and Senior Leadership of United to ensure the company’s long and short-term capital plans are developed and executable, as well as flexible and agile to the company’s strategic vision.

ASSISTANT FBO MANAGER
Assists FBO Manager in the daily operation, training and supervision of department staff including, customer service and line service personnel responsible for all aircraft servicing and ground handling. Assists FBO Mgr with directing operations personnel involved in establishing/promoting/maintaining the Airport Authority’s fixed base operations services. Reviews daily inspections and work orders to insure that corrective measures are being initiated. Informs FBO Manager of operational/service level and emergency response issues. Schedules staff to insure customer service levels are maintained. This is a fast paced environment with a high volume of fuel sales. Must have working knowledge of FBO, airport and airline operational and emergency procedures. FBO Mngmt experience with FAR 139 experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration or related field is required or combination.
