Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) has a potential opening for a Site Security Manager at the Albuquerque International Sunport. The filling of this position is contingent upon contract award. The position is responsible for directing and implementing all assigned functional security programs related to 49 CFR Part 1542 for airport security functions at this airport. Duties: Define and oversee security operations including evaluating the programs supervised in terms of mission accomplishment and priorities. Plan and organize the most efficient use of resources to meet these requirements through development and analysis of employee work schedules. Perform the full-range of both administrative and technical supervision that includes: assigning work; assessing employee performance; making selections and promotions. Hear and resolve complaints from employees taking appropriate action. Developing budgets Deal directly with all levels of Security management, Airport Authority, law enforcement, labor relations, Federal and State regulatory agencies, airline-contracted personnel, and local government officials.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Supervise and coordinate the administration and operation of the airside and landside activities, to include the general oversight of public safety at the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport and Hawkins Field. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
In this position, you will plan, organize, and manage multi-faceted Airport capital improvement projects from conception to completion and project close out. Essential Job Functions - Oversee, coordinate, and direct the activities of outside design professionals for project design development, preparation of final design documents, construction phase services, and construction and inspection operations. Oversee, coordinate, and direct the activities of construction contractors to ensure conformance to contract documents and compliance with the Airport's policies and procedures. Conduct technical reviews and evaluations of designs, drawings, plans, specifications, and technical reports for architectural and engineering design documents. Monitor and inspect construction projects; evaluate construction claims and provide determinations of validity and fair pricing.
