DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Responsible for the day to day operation of the airport. Also responsible for long term strategic planning, masterplan, preparation of capital improvement plans and financial planning of the Airport. Serves in capacity of Executive Director in his/her absence. Oversee Operations, Finance, Facilities, PP&D, Purchasing and Air Service Departments. Coordinate and oversee airside and landside expansion projects. Also coordinates implementation of projects that require AIP, PFC, and other Federal or State funds. Oversee preparation of Master Plan updates, FAR Part 150 Noise Study Updates and ongoing Capital Improvement plans. Maintain compliance with Federal regulations as they relate to certification and security by reviewing technical manuals and staying abreast of legal changes.

AIRPORT OPERATING & MECH SYSTEM TECH
Ensures the daily operation and maintenance of the airport building and related operating systems and equipment, including the baggage conveyor belt and jet bridge systems. Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on these systems. Minimum Training and Experience Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate and two years of technical work experience that includes the maintenance and repair of non-residential buildings and their associated mechanical and operating systems and equipment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. In accordance with 49 CFR Part 1542, employees must successfully complete a fingerprint-based criminal history records check and personal background check prior to employment and possess a valid Class E State driver's License at time of appointment.
