This is a professional position responsible for all administration of airline and airline support company leases, space rental agreements and use permits executed by the IAA. This position communicates with airline and airline related tenants, contractors and users at the airport, and general aviation airports.The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for creation of documents and/or amendments in consultation with the Tenant Relations & Contracts Specialist and other team members of the Commercial Enterprise Department.Creates and manages contracts, including the airline space/rental obligations and tenant spacebook reconciliation, while consistently managing the follow up of a myriad of customer (internal/external) requests, as well as review and creation of lease synopsis information for inclusion into PropWorks data base. Creates, maintains and manages all property and retail agreements in the database (Propworks), as well as provides direction and works with Commercial Enterprise department assistants and other staff as required to achieve success within the organization.

Position:Airport Manager Status: Exempt Location:San Bernardino International Airport DEFINITION Manages, and coordinates the activities of airport operations, maintenance, and administrative staff; performs professional and administrative work related to the planning, and management of airport activities; provides highly complex assistance to the Director of Aviation. Plans, schedules, assigns, and reviews the work of airport operations staff in the daily inspection and maintenance of the airport according to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 139; organizes and supervises airside and landside operations, and responds to emergencies; administers airport security, safety, and emergency programs. Performs a variety of highly technical tasks relative to the assigned functional area; and performs related work as required.
