CHIEF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority seeks a Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). He/She will be a senior leadership position and will participate in decisions guided by the Board of Directors. He/She is responsible for developing industry partnerships to better serve the region by enhancing economic development. A key role is to lead the air service development efforts, recruitment of airlines and expansion of existing airline routes. The role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with elected officials, and existing and prospective tenants. The position will serve as the Public Information Officer and will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase utilization, airport branding, and development of cargo activities. ARFF / OPERATIONS AGENT
Performs Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF), airport operations and maintenance duties. Responds as part of a team to airport emergencies to provide fire and rescue services. Performs snow removal, inspections, maintenance, and operates equipment necessary to maintain airport property and facilities. Works rotational shifts that will include some holidays and weekends. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is responsible for the development and maintenance of the financial functions of the Airport. The CFO participates in major decisions to guide the direction of the Airport. The CFO oversees development of the budget and provides guidance for the funding of operations and capital projects. He/She will optimize revenue sources with the goal of increasing Airport utilization, improving quality of facilities and efficiency of operations, and maximizing competitive advantage and customer satisfaction at the Airport. The CFO has oversight over all accounting functions, payroll, human resource functions, and personnel.
