DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL BUSINESS
Position Summary (Primary Function) Responsible for commercial business development of all aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue business. Oversees and leads business development, market research, and leasing of airport facilities, land, and services. Promotes the airport locally, nationally, and internationally. Responsible for the development and implementation of both short and long term strategic commercial business development plans for the District. Develops and grows all airport revenue bases, which may include but not be limited to concessions, commercial properties, real estate development, cargo and FBO customers, as well as ground transportation and parking strategies.

AIRPORT OPERATIONAL READINESS - PROGRAM MANAGER
Los Angeles World Airports has embarked on a multi-billion dollar infrastructure construction program and is recruiting a candidate to serve as Airport Operational Readiness (AOR) Program Manager (PM). This PM will lead a team of LAWA SMEs as well as outsourced resources to facilitate the readiness activities of stakeholders/end users to operate newly installed facilities, equipment, and systems at Los Angeles International Airport. The result must be a smooth and efficient operation on opening day and beyond. The successful candidate must: 1) have intimate knowledge of AOR/ORAT activities and principles, 2) successfully led a team(s) in the implementation of such a program; 3) be willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area no later than end of Q2 2018; and 4) have references related to leadership, management and involvement in AOR/ORAT programs. AIRPORT OPERATIONS/MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Enforces airport ordinances and FAA regulations applicable to airport users, tenants, contractors and the public. Coordinates the building maintenance and housekeeping staff and activities at the Dayton International Airport, Dayton Wright Brothers Airport and the Dayton Heliport on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis. Assists the Operations/Maintenance Coordinator in the development of specifications and bid appraisal process for building maintenance services and equipment to ensure maximum necessary service at the lowest cost.
