SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking an experienced professional engineer or architect to join the Engineering and Construction team to provide program level project management for major Capital Improvement Projects at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and the Reno-Stead Airport. The Senior Project Manager reports to the Manager of Engineering and Construction, and is responsible for organizing and directing complex projects. The work involves coordinating and directing the activities and personnel involved in the implementation and completion of capital projects and contracts including, but not limited to, planning, programming, design, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, construction management, procurement, contract documents, legal aspects, budget, construction compliance and contract administration. The nature of the work requires a significant level of self-directed technical proficiency, judgment, and initiative; and the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement recommendations in support of organizational goals and objectives.

OPERATIONS DUTY AGENT
An airport operations duty agent is an entry level position in the operations department who is trained to act as a direct representative of the Lee County Port Authority Executive Director in his/her absence. The airport operations duty agent monitors the daily operation of the airport and is responsible for inspecting, identifying and reporting for correction any discrepancy. To be a fit for this role, you’ll need to: •Have the ability to work in a fast paced, team based environment that requires independent judgment •Have strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills •Display a high level of emotional maturity and maintain a high level of professionalism while working with a variety of tenants/customers/clients •Must be willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
The Director of Planning and Engineering leads the airport's project management, planning, engineering, environmental, design, and construction efforts. This position organizes the execution of airport capital program, airport master plan, and any architectural or engineering-related initiatives. This position reports directly to the General Manager and has two direct reports. Additional responsibilities: - Ensures that all development complies with applicable FAA design standards, operating requirements, and administrative requirements - Facilitates and reviews the construction of improvements made by the airport's tenants - Supports the preparation of federal, state, and local grant applications when necessary for funding - Assists customers with development of precise development plans prior to permitting - Completes AutoCad drawings as exhibits for contracts and updates schematics as needed - Works with staff and consultants to communicate information regarding regional land use, planning, and development issues, including vetting proposed projects in the region to confirm compliance with the ALUCP
