DEPUTY DIRECTOR, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION - MIT
The Minter Field Airport District is seeking a Deputy Director, Finance & Administration for Minter Field (MIT). This position is responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating and administering the activities of the Airport District. The Deputy Director directs all accounting, fiscal management, personnel and administrative functions of the Airport District.The successful candidate will have five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in airport administration with a thorough working knowledge of regulations, laws, and requirements that correlate to administering the financial functions as well as FAA regulations and grant programs and project management of an airport. An undergraduate degree in Aviation Administration, Airport Management, Finance or Business Administration, Public Administration or closely related field; or equivalent experience in a related field that provides the appropriate level of knowledge and exposure necessary.Posting deadline: Open Until Filled.

AIRPORTS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) invites interested persons to apply for the Airports Construction Manager position to oversee the execution of capital development construction projects at FAT and Fresno Chandler Executive Airport (FCH). Incumbent performs comprehensive construction management duties including various technical and managerial work of considerable complexity and the supervision of other staff involved in the investigation, quality control, quality assurance, inspection and contract administration of airport construction projects. Incumbent is responsible for managing the Airports Construction Management Division, overseeing construction contractors, coordination with consultants and working with numerous stakeholders toward the successful completion of Airport construction projects. Also works closely with the FAA and other agencies to ensure compliance with rules and regulation for all aspects of a project ranging from airfield and pavement reconstruction projects to storm drain facility rehabilitation and terminal expansion. This is an unclassified position and serves at the will of the Department Director.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - CMI
The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking an Executive Director for the University of Illinois Willard Airport (CMI). The Executive Director has direct operational and administrative responsibility for supporting and achieving growth and economic sustainability of the airport. This will include recruitment and improvement of sustainable air service development, negotiating and administering leases and contracts with airport tenants, promoting and marketing the use of the airport, financial forecasting and revenue enhancement as well as identifying land use opportunities.Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree in finance, business administration, public administration, engineering, or aviation management or a related field is desired. The candidate should have 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the aviation management field at a commercial airport of similar or larger size.
