SENIOR ATTORNEY - CITY ATTORNEYS OFFICE - DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
As a Senior Attorney, you can expect to: Prepare administrative hearings and complex cases for trial, develop motions and discovery documents, and represent the City in those proceedings as well as corresponding appellate briefing and argument Negotiate and prepare contracts, ordinances, leases, deeds and licenses, and other legal documents Draft memoranda, motions, briefs and pleadings to be filed in judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings Conduct or provide feedback with legal research Assist attorneys working in specialized areas with research and related activities Assist subordinate attorneys with legal counseling activities, issues and procedures Provide City and Airport officers and employees with counsel and advice and formal legal opinions on complex matters, in specialized legal areas Any one position may not include all of the duties listed. OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This position is a 24/7 shift with some overtime required. Shifts include weekends & holidays. Inspects airfield for compliance with FAA Parts 139, 77 & TSAR Part 1542. Conducts inspections of landside & terminal facilities. Performs wildlife control, identifies wildlife hazards & SMS functions. Responds to emergencies & responsible for making decisions & coordinating emergency response. Monitors compliance with various Federal, State & Local Laws. Inspects & monitors terminal, landside & tenant leased areas for compliance with lease terms. Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in planning maintenance & construction as well as during emergencies. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. Selection will be based upon application review and an additional skill assessment tests may be conducted, in addition to panel interview.

SENIOR MANAGER, AVIATION EVENTS
Summary: Serve as a senior member of the Outreach and Events Team, developing and managing a team to deliver critical event elements for AOPA Fly-ins and participation in national airshows and other programs. This includes providing direct leadership to ground and air operations for AOPA Fly-Ins, ensuring safe and efficient operations and member experience; providing visional direction and team management for AOPA’s presence at Sun ‘N Fun and EAA AirVenture; managing the implementation of infrastructure needs for AOPA events; directly supervise two Outreach and Events staff members, manage contractors, and provide project management to Pilot Information Center staff members in support of these initiatives.
