The Finance & Risk Management department currently has three Financial Analyst opportunities available; – Financial Analyst – Capital Budget Option, This individual will have experience in developing and monitoring capital budgets. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders on the tracking and management of capital budgets. – Financial Analyst – Grants Option (Grants Analyst), This individual will have experience in writing and administering grants, reviewing and interpreting regulations and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will assist with administering the Authority’s grants for capital budgets. – Financial Analyst – Treasury & Debt Option, This individual will have experience in debt issuance, debt compliance as well as analyzing and monitoring an organizations debt program. The ideal candidate will assist with the Authority’s debt program and Treasury functions.

JOB SUMMARY: To provide service to the Airport relative to the development and maintenance of highly complex Airport information technology systems in compliance with County-wide standards. JOB DUTIES: Provides architectural guidance and recommends solutions on strategic IT initiatives Leads projects for major PMO initiatives involving servers, LAN/WAN, and other IT solutions Handles server issues Plans and implements server upgrades and maintenance fixes Develops network control standards in compliance with Information Management Services Division Assists in providing training to staff Supports and maintains a variety of Windows server environments, active directories, SQL Clusters, physical or virtual servers, and desktops LAN/WAN Installs network upgrade for server and/or Cisco equipment Provides SAN/SQL maintenance and architectural guidance to ensure best security practices Manages information technology networks, problem tracking and resolution, and system backup Records and analyzes equipment performance utilizing statistics Evaluates equipment and/or software proposals and provides recommendations Performs other duties as assigned

Airport Chief Financial and Business Officer The Airport Chief Financial and Business Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The position is responsible for directing the organization’s financial planning (short- and long-term) and analysis, development and monitoring of operating and capital budgets, accounting, treasury and investment, securing funding, airline rate setting and related contractual relationships and airport relationships with lending institutions, bondholders and financial institutions. This position is responsible for working with the Deputy Chief over Revenue to develop and implement short and long-term strategies to maximize non-aeronautical revenue.

SR PROGRAM MANAGER (PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DEPT)
CLASS SUMMARY: Responsible for providing coordination and integration of KCAB’s portfolio of projects. Oversees an ongoing portfolio of the Airport’s projects as well as the facilitation of the development and refinement of documented processes covering overall project governance and direction. Responsible for close coordination of capital programming requiring a high level of logistical planning within a busy and fully operational airport environment. Works with other key stakeholders to develop and refine tools and processes to be used by KCAB for Portfolio Project Management along with supporting documentation. In addition, performs project management duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to the oversight of projects such as, scope development, identification of required resources, budget/cost estimates, development of specifications for procurement, quality assurance, operational and communication plans, risk assessment and mitigation, and closeout for implementation and operational readiness.

Monitors and enforces 49 CFR Part 1542 Airport Security regulations (TSA 1542) and ensures compliance with FAA Part 139 Airport Certification regulations (FAR 139). Provides operational airfield and terminal services including conducting airport safety and security inspections, responding and participating in airport emergencies and incidents, coordinating winter operations events and reporting and communicating airfield or airport conditions, wildlife management and control, terminal crowd control and airport customer service. Handles inquiries and requests from the general public, airport tenants and outside agencies. Makes independent decisions concerning response priorities. Work is performed under general supervision.
