the association receives from classified advertising goes directly to the AAAE Foundation.
The Foundation has awarded more than 2,700 scholarships totaling $4.25 million since 1989.

AIRPORT MANAGER
Perform professional and administrative work planning and directing operations of the airport. The primary duty of this position is to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost effective operation of the airport. Additionally, the General Manager must have the skills to identify economic opportunities, market these opportunities and execute the necessary programs and plans to attract and bring to fruition the identified opportunities and business developments. It is critical the General Manager have a functional knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration regulations. The General Manager should have experience in airport operations, general aviation and commercial operations, as well as the ability to increase airport business and increase revenue generation. The selected individual will also have a basic awareness of legislative processes at the local, state and federal levels and can demonstrate their ability to work collaboratively with airport staff, city, county and federal personnel.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Reports to: Manager of ONT- Airside Directs, plans, and organizes functions and responsibilities associated with the safe operation of the airport's Airside Operations. This includes oversight of personnel and projects in the airside operating areas; management of personnel and contractors in maintaining Airport Rules and Regulations; management of department contracts; and management of the department budget. Provide oversight and serves as a resource for Airport airside operations operator providing direction and training on Airport policies and procedures, ordinance/regulatory enforcement issues, etc. Solve problems involving all airport tenants, including air carriers, FAA, all concessionaires, and parking lot and tram service operators. Review budgetary line items for Airside Operations, Ground Transportation Programs. Provide recommendations in budget process regarding these programs and other programs that have a budget impact. Recommend and develop written plans concerning revenue producing systems and programs associated with Airside Operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
