As the Corporate Property Analyst II, you will plan, oversee, analyze, implement, and conduct quality control checks on the Airports Authority’s personal property assets and maintain system data integrity for locations and assets. Serves in the Office of Supply Chain Management at Corporate Office Building. Responsible for setting and communicating the corporate-wide inventory plan. Ensures assets are recorded in a timely manner and property records are accurately maintained. Analyzes and researches the market value of surplus assets; determines if assets can be re-used or sold. Serves as System Administrator for Airports Authority’s asset inventory system (Sunflower) and coordinates the integration of Sunflower with Airports Authority’s Financial Management System (Workday). Performs related functions.

AIRPORT LANDSIDE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR/ AIRPORT SECURITY COORDINATOR
The Landside Operations Supervisor ensures operational excellence by providing leadership, training and supervision of landside facilities. The Landside Supervisor’s responsibilities focus on maintaining the safe and secure passenger terminal and associated facilities. In addition, this position will assist the Airport Operations Manager / Assistant Airport Manager in coordinating various aspects of the Airport Security Program, serving as the alternate Airport Security Coordinator (ASC. Duties include but not limited to: Manage day-to-day landside activities associated with the maintenance and operations of the passenger terminal, roadways and walkways, parking lots and pay stations, access control and security systems, and other aspects of landside operations. Coordinate removal of all snow and ice from roadways, walkways, parking lots, and terminal ramp areas. Assist management with administration of airport leases, contracts, and agreements. Assist with TSA Airport Security Directives, as they pertain to Tweed - New Haven Airport. Other duties as assigned.
