ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE
RI Airport Corporation seeks an experienced candidate to oversee the management, planning, directing and organizing the Building Maintenance Department. The role works staff and contract workers engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, modification and construction of all buildings owned and operated by the Corporation. Specific responsibilities include: Provide operational and functional level planning and decisions related to the inspection, maintenance and repair of building infrastructure, power plant, HVAC and terminal facility systems Plan, develop and oversee department, operations and capital improvement budgets; participate in employee contract negotiations Plan, assign and schedule crews and skilled trades employees Prepare reports of work progress; maintain records of materials, labor and costs to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards Prepare specifications for contract services and equipment; estimate and coordinate needs; inspect work performed Be readily available and willing to respond to emergencies on a 24-hour basis. AIRPORT SECURITY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Provides support to the San Antonio International Airport - Security Division by ensuring that the airport remains in compliance with all security requirements regulated by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), all Security Directives, the Airport Security Program, and Airport Rules and Regulations. Provides guidance to airport tenants and users regarding security issues. Conducts security inspections of airport property to assess compliance of minimum standards pursuance to local, state, and federal regulations. Performs regular security inspections of tenant facilities, terminals, and airport grounds to ensure compliance. Files/maintains the monthly documentation of compliance inspections. Reviews all security-related functions. Conducts multiple security assessments, audits, and security tests. Assists with processing security violations. Responds to requests for information from TSA, federal/local law enforcement agencies and airport stakeholders. Maintains/updates the Airport Security Program or other security related documents. Coordinates, conducts and participates in security outreach training programs. Attends construction and other airport sponsored/tenant meetings.

DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
The Director of Emergency Management will report to the Deputy Executive Director of Operations and Emergency Management and is responsible for ensuring all airport employees are prepared for emergencies at LAX and Van Nuys airports within the Los Angeles World Airports. Specific Duties include, but not limited to: Directing the work of a group of professional employees engaged in developing, administering and coordinating emergency preparedness and response for LAX and Van Nuys; Ensuring all front-line airport employees are fully trained and prepared; Analyzing, developing, and coordinating programs for Airport-specific emergency preparedness that function in coordination with Citywide Emergency Plans; Working with Non-LAWA agencies and vendors whose employees work at LAX to ensure that they have properly trained their LAX employees for emergencies; and Overseeing the emergency readiness of the staff assigned to the Airport Response Coordination Center and of the activation of the Departmental Operation Center during emergencies or incidents.
