FACILITIES MAINTENANCE & ASSET MANAGER - SJC
The City of San José is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Asset Manager for the Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Airport's comprehensive building, airfield, and grounds management programs. This position is key in providing oversight on the day-to-day operations, management of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and management of resources including staff and required materials. This position will supervise facility managers, trade professionals, and maintenance staff. The successful candidate will have the equivalent of a Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university and seven (7) years management or supervisory experience in a facilities and engineering environment. CWA OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Develop, recommend, implement, monitor, and improve the continued operation of the Central Wisconsin Airport. A strong 24/7 operations program is essential to the safe and efficient operation of a commercial service airport. There are two Supervisors at the airport who report directly to the Assistant Airport Director. The Operations and Maintenance Supervisors oversee a team of 13 Operations and Maintenance Technicians plus part-time and seasonal employees. CWA Supervisors must have the ability and experience to make the right decisions in the best interest of the airport.
