VICE PRESIDENT, REVENUE MANAGEMENT & INNOVATION
Reporting directly to the CEO, Kim Becker, the Vice President, Revenue Management & Innovation is responsible for leading Authority departments focused on air service and business development, marketing, innovation and revenue management to integrate efforts with the Airport’s Strategic Plan. You will need to identify, evaluate, develop, negotiate, and implement new revenue enhancement strategies and initiatives that enhance the customer experience. In addition, you will ensure the Airport Authority engages in a proactive and productive manner with relevant business interests and stakeholders, both on-and off-airport. The Vice President, Revenue Management & Innovation must exhibit a continuous focus on an enhanced customer experience, an appreciation for the role of a public agency as a steward of community assets, and a relentless drive for results. An ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings.

AIRFIELD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient day-to-day operation of the Airport’s airfield while maintaining compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. This includes conducting inspections of the paved and unpaved areas of the Airport Operations Area (AOA), fueling facilities, airfield marking and lighting, perimeter fencing, wildlife hazard prevention, storm water pollution prevention, construction site safety/compliance, terminal inspections. Drives, operates and does routine maintenance on such equipment as tractors, small mowers, bush hogs, rotary mowers, light trucks and equipment; assists in the construction, maintenance and/or repair of drainage facilities on property; services and makes minor adjustments to equipment assigned; reports mechanical failures and need for repair; mechanical maintenance under supervision; loads and unloads peripheral equipment and related materials; joins other crew members in manual labor as necessary; and does maintenance/preventive maintenance in and around buildings.

ARFF CHIEF
Direct all operations of the Fire – Rescue Unit at a Part 139 Airport. Supervise compliance with the FAA – FAR Part 139 regulations. Respond to all airport emergencies and participate in mitigation of same, serving as Incident Commander and member of Unified Command Structure. •Direct training program as required, adhering to guidelines in FAA Advisory Circulars •Develop standard operating procedures governing response to and operations at ARFF/EMS responses as well as daily activities. •Enforce applicable FAA, NFPA, and OSHA standards as well as state and local regulations related to fire services. •Plan and prepare mock disasters and table-top exercises. •Represent the airport in planning sessions with outside agencies for disaster planning and response exercises and/or training. •Supervise fueling operations and storage for compliance with FAR Part 139 requirements.

CAPITAL PROJECT MANAGER III
Lead and manage complex airfield capital construction projects of varying size and scope, independently or as part of larger capital construction projects, at Sea-Tac International Airport working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and governmental agencies. Assist/support project sponsors or tenants with project set up including developing project scope, initial budget estimates, preliminary project schedules and providing input for obtaining project planning funds. Select, assemble and lead and/or manage project teams of in-house staff and /or consultants. Serving as principal point of contact for all issues related to assigned projects. Coordinate closely with sponsors to minimize disruptions to airport/airline operations and the public. Develop, coordinate and prepare presentations and documents to present to various Port Committees for approvals and review including Commission Memos to justify project approval, funding and construction, Service Agreements and amendments, Purchase Orders, RFQ’s and IDIQ’s.
