The Manager, Community Relations is responsible for designing and implementing outreach strategies that build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders; for managing an industry-leading airport noise program that supports the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and six reliever airports; for effectively communicating to stakeholders information related to aircraft noise, facility planning, and other notable topics; and for managing the community relations team. Reporting to the Director, Stakeholder Engagement, this is a management role within the Stakeholder Engagement department, which is a part of the Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement Division. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF AVIATION, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Assistant Director of Customer Experience ensures that our passengers have a consistent world class “curb-to-gate” airport experience. The incumbent will bring a strong data-driven and analytical understanding of customer needs and behavior to PHL. This role will use various technologies, internal data, social media, and other systems to gather and synthesize meaningful insights, determine key drivers of customer satisfaction, and translate information into actionable recommendations. This position regularly communicates with leaders, managers and line staff throughout the airport community to centralize collaboration and performance standards. The incumbent will drive strategies and initiatives to elevate customer experience comprehensively and for specific projects related to facilities/amenities, food/beverage/retail, wayfinding, employee engagement, etc. Responsibilities include participating in planning meetings for construction projects that impact customer movement though airport facilities; building partnerships with stakeholder agencies; and developing and implementing Customer Experience programs such as airport volunteers, therapy animals, or similar activities.

AIRPORT DUTY MANAGER
Responsible for operational flow of the San Antonio International Airport and oversight of the Airport Integrated Control Center (AICC). Oversees and manages information that impacts 'day-of' operations for airside, landside, and terminals. Exercises critical thinking to mitigate operational disruptions and/or manage emergencies. Engages in direct communication with AICC staff, Divisional representatives and internal/external stakeholders. Plans, implements, and administers goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the AICC. Maintains overall situational awareness regarding the airport operation, identifies areas of concern that may impact airport operational flow and ensures interruptions to operations are mitigated as quickly and safely as possible. Acts as the airport's representative in a Unified Command/Incident Commander during emergency response situations. Ensures the airport operates safely and efficiently. Ensures AICC discipline through standard operating procedures. Manages and mitigates irregular operations. Collaborates with Divisional representatives to ensure effective decisions. Ensures accurate and timely information with stakeholders directly or through telecommunicators.
