AIRPORT ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
This position performs duties related to the airport department's accounting functions, supervises administrative support staff and provides other specialized support functions. Some job duties include: Supervises office staff in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable; instructs, assigns, and monitors postings, balancing, and reporting; prepares data for reporting and tracking of airline performance. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Prepares revenue and expense analyses, and draft budget for management review. Coordinates the preparation of reoccurring state and federal reports. Prepares and inputs airline billing into airline invoicing software. Prepares contractor payments. Prepares/supervises reimbursement requests for FAA, TSA and State grants. Prepares and submits quarterly PFC reports into FAA software. Supervises and trains staff in the processing of badge applicants. Coordinates and resolves issues with the airport’s FIDS, WIFI, PA, cable TV, electronic fingerprint systems); assists with website administration. Performs related duties.
