Reporting to the Director, Aviation, this position directs the development, planning, and budgeting of near-term and long-term infrastructure investments at the five airports. This position is responsible for leading the annual capital planning process for the department to ensure each airport advances the highest priority projects while maximizing potential funding from all sources, and for managing the capital delivery process. This position will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to implement major capital programs, redevelopment programs, planning, asset management, maintenance, and environmental programs at the Port Authority’s airports, and will be responsible for ensuring these teams work collaboratively and strategically to achieve department and agency-level priorities.
