FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
The Facilities Technician reports directly to the Terminal Director and is responsible for maximizing the customer service by ensuring a clean, well maintained, safe and pleasant environment. Oversees preventative maintenance of equipment, mechanical systems, electrical systems, safety compliance, and facilities. Participates in the development of service requisitions, reviews proposals and evaluates vendor qualifications, negotiates and administers contracts. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of services to customers by acting on suggestions and participate as an active member of the management team.

RISK DIRECTOR
GENERAL INFORMATION: The successful individual in the role of Risk Director for the Port of Portland will be responsible for setting the strategy, goals, and objectives related to Risk management at the Port. Specific functions within the risk program include risk analysis/insurance, loss prevention, and claims management. The director oversees a highly engaged staff who lead the development and implementation of associated corporate programs across the Port. This person will also work cooperatively with Port-wide resources to garner support for programs which are consistent with regulatory requirements and protect the assets, i.e. people, property, and/or finances of the Port.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Certification & Operations Division of the Santa Barbara Airport currently has an exciting opportunity for an Airport Operations Specialist. This position provides communications and dispatch functions for Airport Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) and Department personnel via radio/telephone consoles; monitors access control and CCTV systems; serves as the Airport’s central point of contact for tenants and outside agencies; and provides assistance to the Airport Operations Supervisor. Additional duties include assure compliance with TSR Part 1542 and FAR Part 139; issuance of NOTAMs; provide quality customer service, operate CLETS database (requires certification, training provided); initiate airport emergency operations and coordinate emergency services; conduct routine inspections of all Airport facilities; conduct FAR Part 139 inspections; assist in data entry, flight tracking operations, and support of the Airport Noise Advisory Program as required; ensure all records and logs are accurate. SENIOR AVIATION PROPERTY MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)
Miami-Dade County’s Aviation Department is seeking a Senior Aviation Property Manager (Real Estate) responsible for supervising and participating in the planning and management of aviation leasing programs for airport air cargo, aircraft maintenance and other airport facilities. Responsibilities include negotiating and monitoring the leasing of airport lands, buildings and other properties, assisting in the resolution of disputes between tenants and others, preparing complex airport leases, agreements and contracts, assuring tenant compliance with lease provisions, and evaluating lease and permit applications. Incumbents exercise considerable independent judgment in the management of aviation leasing programs and in negotiating complex leases, agreements and permits. Supervision is exercised over a staff of professional subordinates engaged in various phases of planning and management of aviation leasing programs.
