ASSOCIATE AIRPORT OPERATIONS & SECURITY SPECIALIST
The Air Line Pilots Association, International, seeks an Associate Airport Operations & Security Specialist for our Herndon, Virginia, office. The Associate Airport Operations & Security Specialist supports airport safety and security-related activities, programs, and initiatives. S/he supports and acts as a liaison between ALPA and airport operators, trade associations, appropriate government agencies, law enforcement and intelligence organizations, and the aviation industry at large, and assists in the development of programs to train ALPA representatives performing airport liaison and security work on behalf of the Association. S/he also creates and expands his/her network of government and industry contacts. S/he will also develop communications to membership, government, and industry groups on a wide variety of airport, security-related, and other issues, as needed, in coordination with Association leadership and staff. AIRPORT DIRECTOR - MHT
The City of Manchester is seeking an Airport Director for the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) to plan, organize, and direct the operations and activities of the Airport. The incumbent will provide administrative oversight to all operations and activities of the Airport. The work is performed under the supervision and direction of the Mayor, but extensive leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgement and initiative. Indirect supervision is exercised over the work of all Airport employees through five (5) Assistant Airport Directors. The successful candidate will have a degree from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Airport Management or a related field; and extensive experience in the management of a commercial carrier Part 139 Airport; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.Posting Deadline: May 11, 2018.

AIRPORT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DIVISION MANAGER
Develops, manages, and delegates the implementation of highly complex airport programs that have both internal and external stakeholders. Directs the development and implementation of ABIA’s current fiscal year Capital Design and Construction Plan, prioritization of capital projects, and updates the five (5) year look-ahead CIP and project budgets; identifies funding sources, and secures Federal and State grants and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) applications. Responsible for oversight of airport staff for the planning, scheduling, design, project controls, computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), construction, and project closeout of capital projects in accordance to Federal grant assurances, City records, and department document controls. Manages and assures that capital project deliverables comply with all governing code requirements and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) advisory circulars and directives. Conducts presentations to Boards and Commissions, City Council and other related ABIA stakeholders.
