MARKETING SPECIALIST
An employee of this class performs various technical and administrative functions related to marketing efforts to attract new domestic and international airline services to Ontario International Airport (ONT). This role reports to the Director of Marketing who manages the communication efforts and marketing initiatives on behalf of ONT. The Marketing Specialist establishes and maintains a variety of working relationships with business professionals and stakeholders; develops marketing strategies and plans; assists with traffic forecasting for marketing purposes. Develops airline proposals based on market research and intelligence and present robust business cases to existing cases to existing and potential new airlines. Implements and jointly develop a marketing strategy to attract new domestic and international airlines services. Assists with continuity of comprehensive Marketing, Digital Media, and Customer Experience. Proactively develops new strategies and content focused on building and maintaining a positive perception of the ONT brand and increasing community engagement.

AIR SERVICE ANALYST
Job Summary: Reporting to Director of Air Service Development, responsible for coordinating concurrent analytical projects. Builds, manages and maintains basic to advanced industry and market intelligence data. Conducts analysis and produces management reports in support of Milwaukee County Airports. Review, analyze and evaluate aviation industry and market intelligence Track KPIs, report statistical trends and variances Design, develop and review analytical solutions and data visualizations Develop performance reports and dashboards Locate, develop and analyze data and statistics on catchment area economics, corporate growth, passenger demographics & airline industry Interpret information from specialized industry databases such as ARC and MIDT passenger origins and Federal BTS statistics Research, interpret and report on pertinent FAA air service policy & regulations, as well as IATA international flight restrictions and regulations Track the financial health of individual airlines, prepare analytical reports on changes in airline business models, projecting the effect on Airport revenue

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs and Marketing, the primary objective of the Marketing Coordinator is to promote brand awareness and availability of airlines/destinations available at MKE. This position manages the Airport's image in national, local and aviation arenas through effective media relations, electronic communication, passenger experience practices, and emergency communication. Coordinates Airport's integrated marketing strategy for both Mitchell and Timmerman Airports Assigns work and directs production/scheduling of advertising campaigns Utilizes superior graphic design skills to develop eye-catching marketing initiatives Analyzes results of advertising campaigns and promotions Provides leadership and oversight of a staff of 40+ volunteers across three shifts at the Airport Information desk Oversees the Airport's social media presence Serves as a 24/7 media manager for Mitchell and Timmerman Airports Develops news releases and alerts for release to media Drafts speeches for Airport Director, and produces visual presentations Manages content on three Airport-operated websites

AIRPORT SERVICES MANAGER (PLANNING)

CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER - AVIATION
Responsibilities include: working on air carrier, general aviation and other airport assignments with expanding technical knowledge of airport engineering design and plan preparation techniques. AIRPORT PLANNER
Responsibilities include: preparing airspace analysis, land acquisition assistance, GIS analysis permitting, grant applications/management for airport projects, advising airport management operations, assistance with client management and marketing services to current and potential clients.Columbia, SC office preferred. Other W.K. Dickson office locations may be considered. Working closely with design engineers, utilize technical resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
