MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 1 (AIRPORT ELECTRICIAN)
Performs basic maintenance work around airport buildings and grounds, including repairs in carpentry, plumbing and complex irrigation system. Maintains scheduled maintenance and records on airfield lighting systems equipment. Installs/repairs electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of Airport machinery and equipment. Checks/maintains air conditioning equipment using appropriate tools to ensure system is performing properly. Documents work using computer based work order system. Electrician certification or 1 year combination of education/experience required. Full-time position with Excellent Benefits including Medical plan with $0 cost premium option, Dental, Vision, Employer Sponsored Retirement plan. AIRPORT PROPERTIES SPECIALIST
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Airport Properties Manager, the Specialist conducts the negotiation, preparation, processing, implementation, and enforcement of airline and air cargo leases, licenses, permits, contracts, and specifications for the use of airport facilities in accordance with federal, state and local laws, and ordinances. Work on compliance with contracts, leases, permits, operating agreements and other rights of use for assigned portfolios Complete regular onsite inspection of properties, leased premises and associated facilities Review and interpret complex airport leases, contracts, renewals, and permits Understand and apply real estate principles/practices Oversee compliance with Airport policies and procedures including federal, state and local laws and FAA regulations Collect data, project revenues and costs; monitor KPI, review and prepare reports Liaise with tenants, internal/external stakeholders and other customers regarding performance, policies, and procedures Interact effectively and courteously with employees, tenants, and the public Assist with budget development

AIRPORT INTERN
AIRPORT INTERN Bismarck Airport (BIS), Bismarck, ND. One-year professional internship with exposure to airport operations, facilities management, and administration. Internship begins June 3, 2019. Qualified candidate will be a recent graduate (or will graduate before the start date) of an airport management degree field or equivalent, possess a strong work ethic and the initiative to carry out assignments without direct supervision. Pilot’s license and membership in AAAE desired. Computer literacy, preferably with Windows and Microsoft software a plus. Some weekend and shift work will be required. Intern is compensated at $17.00/hour. The airport is classified as a primary commercial service non-hub airport that enplanes over 282,000 passengers annually.
