The position will be actively involved in supporting the Real Estate and Development department with extensive financial analysis ranging from analyzing and expanding on existing business acquisitions, budget preparation, construction project fiscal management and controls. This position will provide senior and managerial level monitoring of the department’s financial performance, developing and analyzing new performance metrics on all proposed, new and existing real estate transactions, to include property management leasing, maintenance and overall departmental performance.

POSITION SUMMARY: This management position is responsible for all phases of commercial and aviation property management at multiple general aviation facilities. This includes 70% travel to a multi-location portfolio of properties directly overseeing the activities and staff involved in marketing, leasing, tenant relations, facility maintenance and fiscal management. The Property Manager will be in close coordination and will support the onsite general aviation management staff and ensure the facilities are maintained in an efficient, cost effective, yet aesthetic manner while promoting high occupancy rates, stable rental income and marketing for future development

Spokane Airports is seeking a Director of Properties & Contracts who will be responsible for negotiating, implementing, and managing leases and contracts as well as overseeing risk management and property development. As a key member of the executive team, the Director of Properties & Contracts reports to the Airport CEO and helps develop and execute strategic objectives.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Airport Management or related field. Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-use commercial property leasing and contract management with decision making responsibility utilizing the principles of real estate and property management; including calculation of interest rates, lease changes and related costs.
