CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking an experienced financial manager to provide leadership to the Finance & Administration Department at a flourishing commercial airport. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position reports to the RTAA’s Executive Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer and is a key member of the senior leadership team at the RTAA. This position is responsible for providing sound fiscal management to ensure operational efficiency, maintaining the integrity of financial information, facilitating the utilization of key financial measures in the decision making process. The CFO plans, directs, manages and oversees activities relating to accounting, purchasing, and warehousing, financial reporting, debt management, treasury functions including cash management, investments, and risk management. Supervision is exercised over management, professional, technical and support staff. The CFO exercises considerable judgment in managing banking activities; directing and accounting for investment activity; preparation of financial reports and accounting data; and preparation of revenue forecasts.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS AGENT - WORKING TITLE: GROUND HANDLING SUPERVISOR
The County of Volusia is seeking an Airport Operations Agent. This position is located at the Daytona Beach International Airport and is responsible for directing the Ground Handling workforce and acting as a liaison to Airline supervisory personnel on a shift by shift basis, creating monthly work schedules, interviewing and hiring new employees, as well as, conducting investigations and issuing disciplinary action for subordinates. The preferred candidate, having met the minimum requirements will have will at least two (2) years of Ground Handling Operations at an FAA Part 139 airport, TSR 1542 (Transportation Security Regulation) and TSR 1540, knowledge, as well as, at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Under general supervision of the Operations Manager and/or Operations Supervisor, monitors airfield, airport facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and Commission regulations and leases. Monitors and performs inspections of both airside and landside airport property and facilities to ensure Commission’s and tenants’ compliance with FARs 77, 139, TSR’s 1520, 1540, 1542, and the safety of all users of the airport; Reports discrepancies and unsafe conditions in a timely and accurate manner via work orders and use of the NOTAM system; Assists in the development and updates of FAA required and other manuals and plans; Assists in research for and preparation of bid specifications as requested; Conducts runway inspections; Performs snow removal and related duties, including friction testing and field condition reporting; •Performs necessary duties contributing to a clean, safe environment, ensuring compliance with Commission and applicable government regulations;
