AIRPORT MANAGER - REAL ESTATE/GENERAL AVIATION
The Aviation Department which operates the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and the North Perry Airport is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Airport Manager - Real Estate/General Aviation to work in the Aviation Business Division. This is specialized work in the management of property leases and agreements related to General Aviation and Real Estate at the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and North Perry Airport. Work involves responsibility for managing and coordinating various activities relating to the leasing and operation of general aviation airport operations; negotiating and drafting aviation and/or commercial real estate leases and contracts; interpreting real estate surveys and appraisals; competitive bidding of airport parcels for aviation and/or commercial development; airport or commercial property development and management; lease management system and processes; report preparation; coordinating building, operations and inspections of tenant facilities; governmental document preparation; and tenant relations.

AIRPORT LEASING PROGRAM MANAGER (25-2980) - ANCHORAGE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Description of Duties: Manage the airport leasing section, supervising 6 leasing positions. Review lease agreements, land/terminal bid and proposal packages for compliance to state and federal regulations. Analyze regulations, as needed that pertain to the land/terminal uses at the Anchorage Airport. Review, justify and implement land/building rental rates and fee increases as appropriate. Participate in the planning of capital and airport improvement projects as appropriate. Supervise Anchorage Airport action in airport tenant bankruptcy cases. Participate in Airline Operating Agreement negotiations as needed. Plan, develop, and negotiate airport lease agreements. Manage review process of all airport lease applications. SENIOR AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
The Certification and Operations Division of the Santa Barbara Airport is currently recruiting for a Senior Airport Operations Specialist. The Senior Airport Operations Specialist serves, on a shift basis, as the Airport's central point of contact for airport tenants and outside agencies, as well as the Lead Airport Operations Specialist for coordination and supervision in the security operations center (SOC), and assists the Airport Operations Supervisor with duties and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FAR Part 139 compliance; operations services and activities of an airport, as well as operational characteristics of airport security and communications equipment.

COORDINATOR, AIRPORT OPERATIONS
This position is responsible to perform all operational and safety functions at the airport during an assigned shift, operating within established guidelines and procedures. Ensures the compliance with the Federal Regulation requirements of CFR Part 139 and, to a lesser extent, TSR Part 1542.Assures that CRAA Airports are effectively and efficiently operated in a safe and secure manner and in the best interest of the general public by maintaining constant awareness of all facilities and activities on the airport property affecting tenants and the general public in accordance with all established rules, regulations and criteria of federal and local governments and other policies.Responsible to maintain compliance with all aspects of the Airport Certification Manual (ACM). Daily inspections of the airfield identifying any discrepancies, issuing proper notifications, and ensuring a proper resolution.Monitor airfield for presence of wildlife and take proper means to eliminate the wildlife hazard.
