CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Board of Directors of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport is seeking candidates for the position of CEO. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) is a public use airport that began commercial passenger business on November 1, 1998. XNA is served by American, Delta, United, and Allegiant airlines, with non-stop services to 15 destinations. The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is an independent governmental entity that owns and operates the airport. The Authority was a created by the five major cities and two counties that comprise Northwest Arkansas. Each city and county of the Authority selects individually one or more members of the Board of Directors. The new CEO will report to the Board and be responsible for the total operations of the airport. She/He must also establish and maintain working relationships with the Board of Directors, governmental officials, and community groups interested in or affected by airport operations.

Covenant Aviation Security, LLC (CAS) is a nationwide leader in providing airport security services. CAS provides transportation security services to the federal government, port and airport authorities, and select airlines. CAS has become the largest private contractor providing Screening Partnership Program (SPP) services to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and has been providing services under the SPP since 2002. We are looking for highly qualified and well-motivated leaders who have a love for aviation and a strong commitment to homeland security. CAS has a potential opening for a Task Order Project Manager at various locations nationwide. Filling these positions are contingent upon contract award.

SECURITY SITE MANAGER
Covenant Aviation Security, LLC (CAS) is a nationwide leader in the critical area of airport security. We are looking for highly qualified and well-motivated leaders who have a love for aviation and a strong commitment to protect it. CAS has potential openings for Site Security Managers at several of the nation’s most active and critical airports. The positions are responsible for directing and implementing all assigned security programs related to airport security functions at the respective airports, governed by federal regulations under 49 CFR Part 1542. These positions will be the leading face of CAS with frequent and critical interactions within the airport community including, but not limited to the airport authority, airlines, TSA, law enforcement, and local government officials. Filling these positions is contingent upon contract awards.
