04/23/20 CONTROLLER The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is seeking a Controller who will report to the Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for maintaining and administering the accounting systems for the preparation of financial reports for management and the Board of Commissioners. The Controller will also supervise and direct the work of the Accounting Assistants and the Payroll Assistant/Specialist and will coordinate work activities with other departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 8-10 years professional experience in the business field and demonstrated competency in supervising staff a must. Strong systems skills including experience with large accounting systems and advanced Excel skills also required. Active CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
