AIRPORT COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking committed, dependable, qualified candidates with experience as a team member in a detail-oriented environment requiring multi-tasking and direct public or customer contact to join the Airport Communications team. There are two (2) positions open; however, the list established may also be used to fill future vacancies as they occur. Airport Communications Specialists are responsible for operating a multi-line switchboard telephone system to receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for police, fire, Emergency Medical Services, and calls for public, tenant or employee assistance. Airport Communications Specialists are responsible for dispatching necessary and appropriate resources for a wide-range of scenarios using a computer-aided dispatch system, public safety radio system, and/or a public-address paging system. Airport Communications Specialists are also responsible for utilizing an alert and warning notification system, monitoring CCTV cameras, door and gate access control, and fire alarm systems.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Portland International Jetport is seeking Airport Operations Supervisors to join our team. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position plans, organizes, and supervises airside and landside operations on a rotating 24x7 schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and being on-call. Responsibilities include the inspection of airside, terminal, and landside facilities. Other duties include coordinating airport construction, issuing NOTAMs, ensuring FAR Part 139 compliance, coordinating special events, enforcing environmental regulations, mitigating wildlife hazards, responding to emergencies, and other duties as assigned. Reviews and acts on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Responsible for coordinating security/driver's training.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR II
Under the general supervision of the Airport Operations and Security Manager and direction of the Airport Operations Supervisors, the Airport Operations Coordinator II is responsible for operation and monitoring of airport security systems, safety, and building control systems, assures continuous safety and security compliance FAR Part 139, Part 77, TSR Part 1542, Airport Certification Manual, Airport Security Program, DMAA Rules and Regulations, and other applicable federal, state, and local statutes regulations and requirements. Provide operational support to the public, airport tenants, and Authority personnel. Operates various computer software applications and performs related work as required. The nature of the work performed requires that an employee in this class interact with other Authority employees, airport tenants, vendors, and the public. Employee must be capable of prioritizing several tasks concurrently.
