OPERATIONS OFFICER/ARFF/FUEL FARM OPERATOR
Jackson Hole Airport Board is seeking candidates for an Airport Operations Officer. Primary responsibilities will be the safe, efficient operation of the Airport’s onsite Fuel Farm. In addition, this position is a part of the Operations team and will perform all Airport Operations duties, including safety and security inspections of the airfield, runways and terminal facilities, providing escorts and monitoring in secured areas and responding to calls for service both inside and outside. Must be able to assess situations quickly and objectively and determine the proper course of action within established rules and regulations while representing the Airport in a professional, positive manner. This position will be trained in and expected to perform duties as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF).

AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This position works under general supervision & performs various duties directed by operational requirements. Include/not limited to: Operate airport safety under FAR Part 139. Qualify as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF) & drive and operate specialized ARFF vehicles. Qualify as a Certified Weather Observer and provide proper augmentation to the Airports Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS). •During periods of snow and ice removal, drive & operate all major airport snow removal equipment. Perform tasks at the Snow Command Desk, file Notices to Airmen (NOTAM’s) and update airfield conditions on computer based programs. Maintain safety and security standards for all airport construction activities. Perform wildlife mitigation services on airport operating areas. Perform airport security inspections & video monitoring under requirements of TSR1542. Position involves shift work. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Airport Operations Supervisor. Maintain acceptable attendance and performance at required training functions.

OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
This position is primarily responsible for inspecting, coordinating, directing, and performing all the duties and functions in the aviation department which relate to airport operations. Under the direction of the Assistant Airport Manager, performs professional work to ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), State of Indiana, and all city and county laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the management and direction of the Columbus Municipal Airport’s Mission.
