DIRECTOR, INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
The Director, Information & Technology Services is accountable for delivery of I&TS strategies, services and operations. Acts as an advisor to management and facilitates the organization’s initiatives across the enterprise. Provides guidance on the uses of technology to meet operational, security and business requirements; implements technology to serve airline clients; implements airport-specific technologies. Essential Functions 1. Develops and executes departmental strategies and measures progress toward goal accomplishment aligned with the organizational vision. 2. Oversees the administration of comprehensive IT programs and services including, applications, technical operating and information technology security systems, networking, voice and data communications and technology, data management and centralized customer support services. 3. Formulates the IT strategy and long-term information technology direction for the Authority. 4. Identifies changes and trends in computer and systems technology and interprets their meaning to senior management.

DIRECTOR OF AVIATION - BTR
The Baton Rouge Airport Authority is seeking a Director of Aviation for the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR). The Director of Aviation is responsible for the efficient and economical management, operation, and maintenance of the airport. Work entails enforcement of aircraft and safety regulations governing the operation of an airport and responsibility for the safety of life and property in connection with the use of the airport. Supervision is exercised over employees engaged in varied phases of airport operation and maintenance.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with major course work in public administration, business administration, aviation business, aviation management or a related field. Also required is two years of supervisory experience, preferably including supervisory experience in airport management, operations, and maintenance.Posting Deadline: May 25, 2018.

Position Purpose Provide planning and program management services for KLJ projects in a timely, accurate, and cost effective manner. The Aviation Practice Area has the need for an experienced Planner that can manage clients and projects as a team player/builder. The work involves runways, taxiways, aprons, terminal buildings, roads, parking lots, water service, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and all facets of work related to airports.
