OPERATIONS MANAGER/ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER
The Sedona-Oak Creek Airport is seeking an Operations Manager and Assistant to the General Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; management and supervision of all airfield operations, terminal, and parking facilities. Bachelor’s degree in aviation, airport operations or related field preferred. At least four years of work experience at a commercial service airport, general aviation airport, or in military aviation is preferred. Any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job will be considered. Exceptional people/customer service skills are a must. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Provide emergency and non-emergency communications response to individuals and entities that request or require support services from Police, Fire, EMS, ARFF, FBO, or Security at PSA. JOB FUNCTIONS -Coordinate day-to-day activities of Kelly Field/Port SA (PSA) through a 24-hour Airport Operations Communications Center (AOCC). -Monitor security/emergency equipment and/or systems and closed circuit television monitors, report breaches of airport security. -Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, determine nature of request and act upon phone call. -Provide customer service to PSA employees, other governmental agencies and tenants by performing duties such as providing work related and emergency information. -Receive and relay of aircraft operations to AMOps as known. Monitor Unicom frequency and process NOTAMs.

MARKETING MANAGER
POSTING EXTENDED TO CLOSE ON MAY 14, 2019 Mineta San José International Airport is recruiting for a Marketing Manager. The incumbent will lead a team of creative professionals to develop, execute and continually evaluate the Airport’s marketing programs and initiatives that drive growth in passengers, non-airline revenue and awareness of the Airport’s value to the communities it serves. The Marketing Manager leads the Airport’s engagement in owned and paid media, including advertising, sponsorship programs, grassroots/experiential marketing, influencer and social media marketing, multimedia content development and production, and the Airport’s website. This position is also responsible for managing the Airport’s contract(s) with outside creative agencies and consultants. While this position is not primarily responsible for earned media and community outreach, the incumbent may be required to assist the Division by delivering public presentations, and serving as a Public Information Officer and/or representing Airport at community events, including on evenings and weekends.
