AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting to the Director of Research & Air Service Development, this leader manages efforts aimed at attracting airlines and air cargo carriers to Tampa Bay, as well as increasing flights and capacity levels in existing domestic and international markets. Manages relations with air carrier network planning contacts, including ensuring timely response to inquiries, preparation of analytic assessments on behalf of air service efforts, and the delivery of time-sensitive reports to airline representatives. Manages development and delivery of reports for regularly scheduled network planning conferences, as well as ad hoc meetings. Manages consultant relationships, including communicating project specifications and expectations. Manages day-to-day operation of air service incentive program (ASIP), including documentation and communication with airlines and community partners.

SENIOR MANAGER, TERMINAL OPERATIONS & SECURITY
The Senior Manager, Terminal Operations and Security is responsible for the development and administrations of the rules, regulations, and operating directives relating to terminal operations activities. This position is also responsible for managing the Security Administration functions to include operation of the Security Access Control, Close Circuit Camera and Television System, the Security ID Badge Media Office and System, and the Interactive ID Badging Training Systems. This position will proactively coordinate and interact with airport tenants, outside government agencies, Authority leadership and departmental staff on matters influencing the operations within the terminal buildings of the airport to include terminal construction impacts, maintenance department work efforts, and operation administration of the airport’s flight information system. Incumbent will also be responsible for managing the TSA approved Airport Security Program.
