05/12/20 AIRFIELD MANAGER We are currently recruiting for an Airfield Manager that shares in our desire to expand the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority (GFIAA) by creating an exceptional experience for our guests and employees. Our Airfield Manager/Superintendent will oversee and direct the employees and contractors engaged in Airfield Maintenance and assist in ensuring compliance with all appropriate Advisory Circulars and other FAA airport regulations. The Airfield Manager will direct teams that focus on each critical area and develop leaders and associates to create a comprehensive program and team. Functional areas within the scope of this position include preventative and corrective maintenance programs for: Airfield Maintenance (roadways, taxiways, pavement, airfield electrical and snow and ice control etc.), fleet maintenance (heavy equipment and automotive) and grounds.
