AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - AIRSIDE
The Airside section within the Bush Intercontinental Airport maintains a safe and secure operational environment for employees and stakeholders. The Airside team ensures the airfield meets all FAR 139 requirements to provide a safe and efficient airfield operating environment for aircraft, vehicles and personnel. The Airport Operations Coordinator - Airside, assists with the day-to-day management of the airport’s airside operations. The Coordinator - Airside performs inspections of airport operations and tenant areas, assists with emergency response, wildlife management, coordinates work with other airport sections, enforce policies, and monitors compliance with airport and federal regulations to ensure the safety and security of the airport. This role maintains a safe and secure airport environment by conducting inspections of Airside operations and coordinating operational and security activities. Coordinates airfield maintenance and construction activities and participates in various phases of emergency management and irregular operations while interacting with airlines, federal agencies, and airport management.

ASSISTANT AIRPORT MANAGER
Assists with the planning and coordination of on-site activities required for the safe and efficient functioning of the Boulder City Municipal Airport. Functions as the after-hours and weekend / holiday representative of the Airport Manager. Assists the Airport Manager with agreement, contract, and lease terms and maintenance concessionaires, aircraft hangar owners, hangar rentals, and tie-down tenants; ensures that lease payments are paid on a timely basis; provides information to and processes completed forms from prospective tenants. Provides information to the public and airport users regarding FAA regulations and local policies and procedures; ensures that aircraft owners and operators comply with regulations regarding ground traffic, air traffic patterns, parking and other safety rules and regulations. Resolves customer complaints and disputes; maintains liaison with aircraft clubs and owner's groups and commercial operators and others to promote facility use. Notifies proper emergency response organizations in the event of an emergency; responds to emergencies and provides assistance and coordination. Assists in the development of the Airports Capital Improvement Program, projects, and equipment. Ensures information flow and coordination with all concerned parties. Assists in the ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport. Provides for necessary airport grounds, fuel storage facility, and facilities maintenance; coordinates the required maintenance of weed and grass control on the airport runways, taxiways and ramps; minor painting and electric bulb replacement; inspects airport property regularly and ensures that grounds and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Assist in the preparation of periodic and special reports regarding airport operations, activities and finances; maintains accurate records and files. Make presentations to various City committees and City Council as assigned. Keeps current in general aviation developments, including changes in laws and regulations; recommends modifications to policies and procedures as required. Ensures that violations to the fire code are corrected and inspected by proper authorities. Assists with annual operating budget and manages expenditures. Performs related duties as assigned.

AIRPORT TERMINAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the Terminal Operations Manager you will manage airport operations in the terminals (except the International Arrivals Facility) to maximize the passengers' efficient and safe transition with a high focus of customer service.
