MANAGER, MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Responsible for the oversight of the policies and procedures, departmental safety and functional training, departmental budget creation and reconciliation; and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Work is performed under the direct supervision of the senior manager, maintenance resources and contracts and the department director. This employee will serve as the direct supervisor of the department's CMMS supervisor and budget coordinator. Employee will work closely with the section managers and department personnel to develop, manage, maintain and provide oversight of the many policies and procedures; and develop, implement and update predictive maintenance programs. Employee must possess the understanding and knowledge of budgetary and purchasing policies and procedures, training programs and safety standards to implement a departmental safety and functional training program. All training shall be done in accordance with FAA, federal and state requirements as applicable by law.

AIRPORT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Job Summary The Airport Administrative Officer assists the Airport Manager with day to day administrative tasks associated with the operation of Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport. Position demands a high level of professionalism and involves multiple duties including, record keeping, overseeing the budgeting, human resource liaison, personnel, cash management and other tasks as assigned by the Airport Manager. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, AIRPORT
Essential Functions: Supervises the daily operations of maintenance and security to provide a safe and efficient airport; and supervises airfield inspections, security inspections, ramp checks and FAA communications. Coordinates and supervises airport construction projects, budget and completion timeframe; and reviews budget, inspects construction projects and reviews weekly schedule. Conducts safety inspections daily and investigates airport accidents and incidents; conducts inspections; reviews airfield inspections; reviews electrical and airfield signage inspections; and investigates aircraft accidents and incidents. Develops budget and monitors costs; applies for federal and state grants; develops and updates event or program budgets in coordination with various departments or sponsors; monitors budget expenditures; and procures materials for program use.

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Operations Specialist Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a regional non-hub commercial services airport to ensure activities conform to Federal Aviation Regulation (CFR) Part 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) 1542, and Federal, State, local and Airport rules/regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Management or related field.Preferred current experience in operations of CFR Part 139 Airport and TSR 1542 compliance.
