The Foundation has awarded more than 2,700 scholarships totaling $4.25 million since 1989.

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
1.Participate in the development and monitoring of department and Authority-wide budgets through partnering with various stakeholders across the organization. 2.Develop, review, summarize and analyze financial plan projections and documents utilizing budgeting software. 3.Mentor, guide and motivate team members to foster a high functioning and collaborative team. 4.Research and answer financial and budget inquiries submitted by staff and Authority management. 5.Develop, analyze, maintain, and distribute various periodic and ad-hoc financial, statistical, analytical and management reports and statements. 6.Assist in ensuring that Authority's accounting, financial, budgeting, and other business financial information and records are accurate and complete. 7.Assist in the review, evaluation and monitoring of capital development plans and budgets. 8.Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications required to carry out assigned studies, projects, and reports.

CONTRACTING OFFICER II
As a Contracting Officer II, you will exercise delegated contracting authority for assignments, subject to established approval and review procedures. Your work will directly and significantly impact fair and open competition and the cost, quality, and consistency of construction, and goods and services. Performs a wide range of Contracting Officer functions, from pre-award to post-award. Reviews, plans, solicits, evaluates awards, administers, and closes out procurements and contracts. Procurements and contracts cover Architect/Engineer (A/E) and construction projects, goods and service contracts, leasing and maintenance agreements, and concessions contracts. Conducts market research to identify potential offerors who can satisfy solicitation requirements and meet socioeconomic goals and requirements (e.g., Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise [LDBE], Women’s Business Enterprise [WBE]). For construction, professional services, and other service contracts, independently manages, with little or no supervision, the procurement process from solicitation issuance, through evaluation, to contract award. Prepares price or cost analyses and conducts negotiations.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY OUTREACH SPECIALIST
As a Supplier Diversity Outreach Specialist, you will promote and educate businesses on the Airport Authority’s Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (LDBEs), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Airports Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs) and Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) programs and evaluate outreach program effectiveness. Develops and implements a comprehensive outreach program to engage the LDBE/DBE/SBE business community with a goal of increasing the participation of these businesses in the Airports Authority’s contracts process. Oversees program coordination, marketing, communications, program delivery, tracking and metrics.
