OPERATIONS OFFICER
Responsible for performing operational and safety functions at the airport during an assigned shift, operating within established guidelines and procedures. Ensures compliance with the requirements of FAR Part 139 and TSR Part 1542, to include providing initial and annual recurrent training. Assures that GRB is effectively and efficiently operated in a safe and secure manner by maintaining constant awareness of facilities and activities on the airport property affecting tenants and the general public in accordance with all established rules, regulations and criteria of federal/local governments and other policies. Responsible for maintaining compliance with all aspects of the Airport Certification Manual (ACM). Daily inspections of the airfield identifying any discrepancies, issuing proper notifications, and ensuring a proper resolution. Monitor airfield for presence of wildlife and take proper means to eliminate the wildlife hazard. Supervises and coordinates snow removal operations and construction activities. Must be able to work nights, weekends, & holidays.

ASSISTANT AIRPORT MANAGER
Essential Functions: Perform a wide range of complex and interdependent duties to ensure that the airport system operates efficiently and effectively for the traveling public, consistent with local, state and federal standards, specifications, practices and guidelines. Plan, organize and supervise the daily operations and maintenance programs, activities, tasks and special projects as assigned. Recruit, train, recognize, develop, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff. Recommend actions in regards to hiring, promoting, coaching, mentoring, and disciplining. Delegate/assign, prioritize, review, and ensure timely completion of duties of assigned staff. Provide technical and policy information to the public, and meet with complainants to resolve problems related to airport functions and maintain positive relations. Conduct inspections of airfield facilities, including grounds, runways, taxiways, aircraft aprons, gates and service roadways to insure safety, security and efficiency of operations and expeditious flow of aircraft. Monitor and maintain constant awareness of all facilities on the airport grounds.
