AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Under direct supervision, performs assigned duties in the both the Operations Office and Airport Operation Center (AOC); manages use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintains airport compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and requirements and ensures the safety and security of all airport users. Communicates and assists all airport stakeholders.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
The Director of Marketing executes a wide range of traditional and digital strategies increasing airport utilization as well as other CRAA development initiatives at the Capital Region International Airport (LAN), Mason Jewett Field Airport (TEW) and Port Lansing Global Logistic Center. Serves as Public Information Officer. Responsibilities: Develop a marketing plan. Develop social media content and provide channel management. Deliver digital marketing campaigns to address specific target audiences. Oversee Marketing budget. Analyze effectiveness of marketing and advertising strategies. Monitor and report on metrics for marketing activities and visibility, audience demographics, and the impact of marketing strategies. Supervise web presence, including maintaining and updating the website. Coordinates special events hosted or sponsored by the CRAA. As CRAA Public Information Officer, will develop and implement media relations goals and strategies, produce press releases, organizes media events and press conferences as appropriate.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The SBE Regional Partnership is seeking a highly professional and strategic individual to work with the SBE Regional Partnership’s Director of Industry Growth and the South Bend International Airport (SBN) to increase the direct and indirect economic benefits of airport operations throughout the region. The Economic Development Specialist will participate in such initiatives including but not limited to the following detailed responsibilities: Land Use Planning and Economic Development, Real Estate Development and Management, Help established companies with international trade opportunities, Expand and market the use of the Foreign Trade Zone, Domestic and international cargo service development, Identification of non-aeronautical revenue streams, Grant research and proposal development, Development of public-private partnerships (P3s), Advocate for policy in legislature and for policy decisions in support of, transportation and infrastructure improvements, Support business attraction efforts which require extensive and frequent air services, Strengthen communication between the airport and economic development professionals in the region,
