AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER
Under the direct supervision of Operations Supervisors, Airport Operations Officers at Sloulin Field International Airport are responsible for assisting in the overall operation of airside, landside, and terminal areas on an assigned shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position also performs ARFF duties and ensures compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, and all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all airport users.

RS&H is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Aviation Practice. In this position, you will focus on leading engineering tasks associated with the design and construction of airfield lighting and navigational aid systems. Other general project duties will include quality control, mentoring of staff and providing electrical engineering expertise for ancillary buildings or systems associated with an airport. You will coordinate and work closely with other Engineers and Architects as part of a multi-discipline team and work on independent electrical tasks. Additionally, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, have the ability to develop construction documents and be able to write technical reports. Familiarity with NEC is required.

Job Description: Technicians assist the engineering staff with project work, including activities such as database development, field surveys, field testing, and data displays (using CADD and other programs). A technician may also be responsible for maintaining and operating specialized testing equipment, including the falling weight deflectometer (FWD), a coring rig, an automated distress data collection vehicle, and a profilometer. In addition, a Technician may have primary responsibility for certain portions of a project and may direct the activities of other team members.
