AVIATION CIVIL DESIGNER
Hanson Professional Services Inc. seeking candidates to fill an Aviation Civil Designer position in the Indianapolis. Position Profile: Inception to completion project involvement, and a great mix of client-facing interaction and technical design and production defines the scope of this job. The position will be responsible for all elements of airside and landside airport engineering including, but not limited to, the design of pavements, drainage, security and wildlife fencing, and utilities; lighting and navigational aid design layout; and airport support structure and site development projects. Client assistance in capital improvement program (CIP) development and project visioning prior to the design phase will be an integral part in this role. Additionally, the candidate will routinely be tasked with construction phase administration of the associated projects where they will have the opportunity to witness first-hand the progress as each of the projects become reality.

AVIATION SECURITY AND PERMIT SPECIALIST
Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport (SJC) is recruiting recruiting for an Aviation Security and Permit Specialist that assists with processing over 6,000 badge holders annually. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to provide a wide variety of specialized tasks in support of federally regulated aviation security operations and programs. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, administering San Jose International Airport (SJC) ID badges and keys, collecting fees and fines, issuing ground transportation and parking permits, and ensuring compliance with the Airport Security Program (ASP), local and federal regulations, and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) directives. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, reliability and a supreme work ethic. MANAGER AIRPORT SECURITY
Under the direction of the Assistant Airport Director, the Manager of Airport Security is a crucial member of management team. This position plans, organizes and supervises all aspects of the Airport Security Plan. Primary responsibilities include all aspects of CFR Part 1542, ensuring the ASP is up to date with current Security Directives. This position processes all airport badge applications, badges, maintains records, and trains airport employees on security and driving on the AOA. This position manages/maintains the airport access control system, monitors the CCTV system, maintains all locks/keys, and responds to all security-related requests. The manager coordinates annual TSA required security meetings, is the designated point of contact with TSA, and works directly with TSA during the annual security inspection.
