AIRPORT BUSINESS SUPERVISOR
The City of La Crosse is accepting applications for a full-time Airport Business Supervisor with the La Crosse Regional Airport. The purpose of this position is to assist the Airport Director and Deputy Airport Director in a wide variety of administrative, business, and day-to-day functions of the La Crosse Regional Airport. Specifically, this position will plan, develop, and implement strategies related to airport revenues, marketing, communication, community outreach, and general administrative functions. The position performs under the general direction of the Airport Director. Annual wage for this exempt position is $64,189.40 to $73,514.41 (80 hours biweekly), depending on department budget and candidate qualifications.

AIRPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST
The City of La Crosse is accepting applications for a full-time Airport Services Specialist with the La Crosse Regional Airport. This position performs a wide variety of clerical, reception, and airport service functions. Tasks require moderate to advance decision making abilities and complex decision making. At all times, the incumbent provides exceptional customer service in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position. Works under the direction of Airport Business Supervisor and airport management. Starting wage for this non-exempt position is $19.21 to $22.01 per hour (80 hours bi-weekly), depending on candidate qualifications and experience.

AIRPORT DIRECTOR
The City of Minot is seeking an Airport Director for the Minot International Airport (MOT). The Airport Director position will plan, implement, and supervise all airport activities including airport safety, facility maintenance, and compliance inspection. Work is performed under the executive direction of the City Manager. Supervision is exercised over all airport safety, maintenance, and administrative personnel. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Public Administration or a related field and five year of supervisory or managerial experience at a certified air carrier airport. Master’s degree is desirable. Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) certification or International Airport Professional (IAP) designation is a plus.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
The Senior Accountant is responsible for a range of general accounting duties including providing necessary/timely reporting, reviewing bank reconciliations, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring future integration processes. The Senior Accountant will work with all departments, providing pertinent information. Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Assist with the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close/financial reporting. Assist the Director of Finance in developing a periodic cash flow projection. Assist with annual budget development and periodic variance analysis. Collaborate with the other departments’ staff. Respond to inquiries from the Director of Finance and the CFO regarding financial results and any special reporting requests. Transition capital assets over to a software program; reconcile & record depreciation expense monthly. Assist in implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Participate in strategic financial projects including the upgrades of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Assist in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation. Assist with identifying improvements to systems and business practices. Ensure compliance with internal control policies. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Assist with preparing or reviewing detailed journal entries and account analyses. Monitor Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) collections and aspects of required reporting. Serve as a backup for A/R and A/P functions. Other duties as assigned.
